A new report from Forecasting and Analysing Digital Entertainment (FADE) has said that Microsofts Xbox Live Arcade service has become a greater source of income for the company. With greater profits been made year on year. FADE has said that in 2009 the Arcade made $103.4 million, that's up buy 34% on 2008.

However, this may be because the average price of an arcade game has risen by about 400 MSP.

FADE also released a list of the top money making games. With Battlefield 1943 ($12.5 mil), Castle Crashers ($7.3 mil) and Trials HD ($7.1 mil) toppping the list.
